Context

After the success of the national consultation on Paris' bid to organise the Games (2015-2016), the Paris 2024 OCOG wishes to once again engage and include citizens and stakeholders in the construction phase of the event and its legacy.

Missions

• Define the scope, targets and means of engaging citizen and multi-actor participation

• Imagine and design an innovative citizen participation system on a national scale

• Implementing and deploying the system until the Games

Innovative dimensions of the approach

• Gamification of the process through the design of a Games discovery and ideation kit, deployed nationally

• The combination of face-to-face and digital dialogue through an online platform designed, moderated and facilitated by Res publica throughout the process
