"Consultation and collaborative dialogue" internship
Under the main authority of a consultant from the Consulting division , the intern will be assigned to a main mission and will be led to assist consultants on other ongoing missions.
MISSIONS:
> Assist consultants in implementing consultation missions ;
> Participate in the design and preparation of meetings , workshops , and institutional or citizen dialogue sessions;
> Conduct context studies , draft summaries and minutes , and format them;
> Manage , moderate , and facilitate online dialogue processes on Jenparle , the platform developed by Res publica;
> Assist in the design communication materials ;
> Support the logistical implementation of a consultation process: contacting service providers and local authorities, organizing public meetings, etc.
PROFILE SOUGHT:
With a Master's degree (or equivalent) in political science, humanities, public communication, or urban/environmental/development engineering, you are eager to work in a dynamic team on a variety of projects.
Through your studies, personal commitments, or previous professional experiences, you possess the following skills:

> Strong analytical and synthesis skills, organized, and able to prioritize
> Proficient in all basic computer software (Microsoft Office suite and Google).
