They mobilize collective intelligence to achieve more and better results in a positive and pragmatic way, by involving all stakeholders.

At the Citizens' Convention for Climate, the pace was intense; everyone had to speak and listen to each other. Our facilitators skillfully guided collective reflection, resulting in a final document shared by all, synthesizing our ideas and helping us prioritize them. Listening and respect are not innate human qualities, and the effective management of people was the key to the convention's success!
I discovered and greatly appreciated what professionals can bring: structuring our ideas to build a credible project, applying a supportive yet rigorous approach to our discussions, giving everyone a voice, listening to and respecting the remarks and suggestions of all those who wish to speak. You have inspired us to continue this work and to maintain this committee to monitor the progress of our actions.
Thanks to Res publica, points of agreement were highlighted and differences were explored in depth. A joint report was produced at the end, with 15 members from diverse backgrounds: managers, department heads, employees... Thanks to this conference, we won the Participatory Innovation Trophy!
Since 2004, Res publica has used a rigorous methodology adaptable to each situation. This guarantees the implementation of democratic processes.
For all dialogues, we deploy 7 key steps:
Consultation facilitates dialogue among a necessarily diverse, numerous, and non-specialist group of stakeholders; it allows for the identification of areas of consensus and disagreement regarding a project, strategy, or policy. Consultation is based on the exchange of arguments that mutually influence each other to form collective opinions.
Experts in consultation methods, Res publica intervenes in all areas , through various missions .
Our team is constantly creating, adapting and improving dialogue techniques and tools that facilitate active participation, whether in small groups or with a very large number of participants, in person or remotely, particularly with our Jenparle platform.
We set ourselves a formidable challenge: to convene a metropolitan climate convention, with 100 randomly selected citizens to help us achieve carbon neutrality in the Grenoble metropolitan area by 2050. Challenge successfully met thanks to the invaluable expertise of Res publica: in substance of course, with a solid ability to build collective deliberation, by raising everyone's skills; but also in form thanks to the team's human qualities, their listening skills, responsiveness, humor and commitment.
In addition to its expertise in defining and leading participatory processes, Res publica enriches the content by exploring the meaning of the issues identified and debated. This is, of course, essential in the realm of public policy. The team is also highly responsive to the needs and problems raised. Finally, their work is very effective.
Reforming social dialogue to improve quality of life within the company cannot be improvised. This approach requires a framework and rules… These are all requirements that the Res publica teams skillfully combine to strengthen and facilitate professional dialogue within work groups.

For several years, the Artois Metropolitan Area has pursued a goal of increasing public involvement in its work. Among these target groups, the diverse youth of the region have been identified as a priority. Since 2021, Res publica has been supporting us in implementing and facilitating key events to better engage young people in our region in local public life. The expertise, attentiveness, and dynamism of the Res publica teams are a considerable asset in achieving this goal and making the Metropolitan Area's activities even more inclusive!
