Res publica      promotes a society based on dialogue, in which people and stakeholders exchange and get together to think about a desirable future.

Consultation and collaborative dialogue make possible the necessary transformations to move toward a more sustainable and inclusive world. They promote change and facilitate its implementation more quickly and more effectively than top-down measures. By involving all stakeholders, consultations and dialogues push collective intelligence to do more, better, in a positive and pragmatic way.

At the Citizens' Convention for Climate, the pace was intense, everyone had to express themselves, listen to each other... Our facilitators were able to lead a collective reflection for a final work common to all by synthesising our ideas and helping us to prioritise them. Listening and respect are not natural human qualities, and managing people is the human success of this convention!

Jean-Pierre CABROL,
Member of the Citizens' Convention for Climate

I discovered and greatly appreciated what professionals can bring: structuring our ideas to build a credible project, applying a considerate rigour in our exchanges, giving the floor, listening and respecting the remarks and suggestions of all those who wish to express themselves. You have made us want to go beyond this and to continue this committee to follow up on the actions.

Sylvie TASTET,
President of the ADMR and representative of the volunteer members of the Landes Nouvelles Solidarités Committee

Thanks to Res publica, the points of agreement were highlighted and the differences were explored. At the end, a common note was delivered, even though we were 15 members from different backgrounds: managers, heads of department, employees... Thanks to this conference, we won the Participatory Innovation Trophy!

Member of the consensus conference on home working, CPAM 67, June 2018

Our clients

The City of Rouen's desire for innovation in its new strategy for citizen participation naturally brought them together with our team. In a context of change in our society, our firm's commitment and vision on these subjects now enable us to amplify our democratic transition with confidence, in particular to put it at the service of the social and ecological transition desired by the Mayor and his team.

Karine VALLIN,
Director of Participatory Democracy, City of Rouen
Definition of the City of Rouen's citizen participation strategy

In addition to their skills in defining and conducting participatory processes, Res publica enriches the content by working on the meaning of the issues that are identified and debated. In terms of public action, this is of course essential. The team is also very responsive to the needs and problems expressed. Finally, their work is very effective.

Lionel NIEDZWIECKI,
Director of Communications, Landes Department (40)
Citizen's jury for the residential and tourist project in Tosse (2019)

Reforming social dialogue to improve the quality of life within the company cannot be improvised. This approach requires a framework and rules... These are requirements that Res publica's team combine with talent to strengthen and facilitate professional dialogue within work groups.

Partners

We collaborate with many partners for a fruitful exchange of thematic and methodological expertise.

With Res publica, we share two necessities: to understand and to innovate. To understand the mechanisms by which citizens' thinking evolves, and to innovate in the ways in which they think. We have been working with Res publica for almost two decades in full confidence (and in good humour) and will continue to do so with certainty, for the next few years.

Jean-Daniel LEVY,
Director of the political and opinion department, Harris Interactive
Partner of Res publica for the recruitment of citizens in the framework of numerous missions including the Citizens' Convention for   Climate and the National Food Council's citizen workshop on food packaging

The preparation of consultations is very well organised, and Res publica's facilitators know how to adapt to all situations, including when division has to be managed. Res publica and Ceresco share common values in terms of tailor-made support for our clients and the quality of results. Res publica has real expertise in understanding the expectations of elected representatives and in understanding their needs.

Julie SEEGERS,
Managing Director, Ceresco
Res publica's partner for agricultural and food project assignments

Res publica assists us in the organisation and facilitation of collective actions with our ecosystem to raise awareness among companies of the value of welcoming refugee professionals and to deconstruct prejudices. Their expertise in leading, facilitating and drafting the content of our actions is a very constructive support in the reflection on the setting up of the actions. Their support brings innovation and rigour to the project, always with the social impact in mind!
