Internal agreement on Veolia Eau d'Ile-de-France's environmental strategy
Veolia Eau d'Ile-de-France wanted to embark on its low-carbon transition , and to do so it involved all its employees. The sustainable development department came up with the idea of an internal convention, which would not only enrich the proposals for action to accelerate the organization's ecological transformation, but also create a form of empowerment for employees, where everyone feels responsible for this transformation. Res publica was commissioned for its experience in deliberative processes based on mini-publics, as well as for its knowledge of organizations and stakeholder management.
