Organizing and leading an internal convention on environmental strategy
Veolia Eau d'Ile-de-France has decided to embark on its low-carbon transition, and to do so has involved all its employees. The sustainable development department came up with the idea of an internal convention, which would not only enrich the proposals for action to accelerate the organization's ecological transformation, but also create a form of empowerment for employees, where everyone feels responsible for this transformation. Res publica was commissioned for its experience in deliberative mechanisms based on mini-publics, as well as for its knowledge of organizations and stakeholder management.
