
Internal agreement on the environmental strategy of Veolia Water Ile-de-France


Veolia Water Ile-de-France wanted to commit to its low-carbon transition and involved all its employees in this endeavor. The sustainable development department therefore initiated the idea of an internal agreement , which would enrich the proposed actions to accelerate the organization's ecological transformation , while also fostering a sense of employee empowerment , where everyone feels responsible for this transformation. Res publica was commissioned for its experience in deliberative processes using small groups, as well as for its knowledge of organizations and stakeholder management.
