Transform'U, a consultation mechanism for higher education institutions wishing to reformulate their project in line with the European Universities Initiative , in partnership with the CRI

Tomorrow's citizens must learn to act sustainably and inclusively in a changing world. To prepare this generation, and those to come, to combat climate change, protect biodiversity, and fight inequality, higher education institutions (HEIs) must transform the ways they learn, teach, and conduct research.
The recommends implementing interdisciplinary working methods and project-based approaches to address challenges within the framework of the SDGs, and promoting student inclusion and participation.

These transformations require adapting the strategies of higher education institutions and must involve all actors in the university community: students, teachers, administration, management and other stakeholders.

CRI ) that wish to do so to develop their transformation strategy in a participatory manner, involving all their stakeholders. This process is designed to be implemented either independently or with the support of its designers.

The approach involves organizing a system for ideation, selection, prioritization, decision-making, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of actions that will enable social and solidarity economy (SSE) institutions to develop a transformation strategy that meets their needs. Each institution determines the theme(s) of work (preferably chosen from the list of Sustainable Development Goals ), the level of commitment (from ideation to monitoring and evaluation), and the methods for mobilizing its stakeholders (all stakeholders, internal and external, can be mobilized, or only a portion; all actors can be invited to participate, or groups can be formed, for example, by drawing lots, etc.).

In concrete terms, CRIet Res publica proposes to provide an online co-creation platform and facilitation kits for the various processes (from ideation to monitoring and evaluation). Initially, the pilot higher education institutions (HEIs) identify and structure the working themes chosen by their stakeholders; subsequently, they facilitate ideation and dialogue processes among stakeholders, within the framework of the chosen themes, to define the transformation methods that will prepare them to better train students for the world of tomorrow.
