Design and facilitation of Territoire(s)2050 – supporting pilot communities in a territorial foresight approach towards carbon neutrality

ADEME Nouvelle-Aquitaine has identified seven pilot local authorities (Bordeaux Métropole, La Rochelle Agglomeration Community, Poitiers Agglomeration Community, Niort Agglomeration Community, Ile d'Oléron Agglomeration Community, Basque Country Agglomeration Community, and Pau Béarn Pyrénées Agglomeration Community) to launch a simplified territorial foresight , based on the ADEME Transition(s) 2050 exercise .
This experimental approach aims to:
Coordinate the experimentation and design the animation materials for the different work sequences
Conducting interviews with local representatives (elected officials and services)
Supporting the development of territorial assessments (current situation and pathways towards carbon neutrality) to prepare materials for working sessions (with the WillBe offer from Res publica)
Facilitate two territorial committees in each of the seven pilot communities : one session to discuss the diagnosis in light of the Transition(s) 2050 , and one session for the community to choose a preferred scenario.
Creation of communicative deliverables to enhance the narrative of the selected scenario
