
Preparation and facilitation of meetings for the ADEME's "Territories Committed to Ecological Transition" program


ADEME provides local authorities with tools and programs to support them in the ecological transition of their territories. To clarify and simplify its offerings, ADEME is organizing participatory meetings that bring together its expertise related to the Territory Committed to Ecological Transition (TETE) program, in the form of regional gatherings. The objective is to foster skills development within local areas and to create opportunities for exchanging and sharing experiences, thereby building connections among local government staff. These meetings are primarily aimed at local authorities and their staff working on Climate-Air-Energy and Circular Economy .
In this context, Res publica is responsible for scheduling, organizing, and facilitating 25 meetings with the various regional offices of ADEME, as well as for drafting the final report .
Organization of meetings with the regional directorates of ADEME (3 preparation meetings and one debriefing meeting, for each meeting).
Contribution of participatory tools and methodology from meetings.
Support and briefing of speakers and experts.
Coordination of the meeting with the subcontractors (programming, logistics, communication).
Facilitating the meetings.
Drafting reports for participants.
