


Apec's activities are defined in a public service mandate , renewed every four years. As part of the preparation for the 2027-2031 mandate, Apec's management sought to involve its teams by organizing, for the first time, a consultation . Inspired by citizens' conventions, this consultation brought together 31 randomly selected employees, reflecting the diversity of professional situations and the association's social fabric .
The objective of this consultation was to develop strategic proposals on several key issues for Apec: the evolving role of managers , the shocks linked to climate change demographic shifts , and the development of generative AI , the issue of mental health among managers (and employees in general), as well as the specific characteristics of management in France and its necessary evolution.
Mission management and leadership
Preparation of the 3 working sessions of the Consultation, in particular with regard to the pedagogical and deliberative progression
Recruitment of Consultation members by random draw from among Apec employees (based on different representation criteria),
Preparation of working materials during the convention
Facilitating the work of the employee members until the final document is drafted.
Preparation, with the members of the convention, and facilitation of the presentation of the work.
