


The SNCF Réseau Centre-Val de Loire regional office is undertaking several projects on the rail network that will have a significant impact in the coming years (modernization work requiring service interruptions, freight development, potential line reopenings, level crossing safety improvements, etc.).
To ensure the smooth progress of these projects in synergy with local stakeholders, the regional office must develop relationships and strengthen dialogue with elected officials, stakeholders, network users, and local residents .
In this context, Res publica intervened to support the SNCF Centre-Val de Loire regional office in developing a comprehensive territorial dialogue strategy consisting of:
This support materialized in the form of Res publica's backing on three projects led by the Territorial Directorate:
Conducting context studies based on interviews with institutional, economic and associative actors.
Definition of territorial dialogue and consultation strategies, as well as associated action plans.
Managing close dialogue with partners and communities.
Preparation, facilitation and reporting of regulatory and voluntary consultations.
