Res publica obtains the Engaged CSR and Responsibility Europe labels, with an "Exemplary" level

labels "Engaged CSR" and "Responsibility Europe" attest to the maturity of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy. Valid for three years, these labels are demanding: they are based on a set of criteria grounded in the international standard ISO 26000.

Far from being a simple self-declaration, these labels are awarded following an on-site assessment audit conducted over several days by an independent third-party assessor. Following this audit, Res publica obtained a score of 733/1000, corresponding to the 3-star level – Exemplary. This result, rarely achieved on the first audit, demonstrates our commitment and, above all, our ability to integrate environmental, social, and societal issues into the heart of our business. All of this is achieved by extensively involving our team and our stakeholders.

A collaborative CSR approach

Indeed, the certification process was a pivotal moment for us in terms of alignment within the company. We benefited from the support of our professional federation, CINOV, and the commitment of the entire team to consolidate and formalize our CSR policy and actions.

We began by conducting a thorough assessment to identify our strengths and areas for improvement. Our entire team, our clients, partners, and suppliers were involved.

We then established permanent working groups covering all of the company's activities and functions: consulting, sales, communications, administration and finance, digital, and technical. Based on the assessment, these groups implemented new measures across the company:

We're not stopping there!

The Committed to CSR and Responsibility Europe labels are valid for three years, with a reassessment within 18 months of initial award, followed by a new certification audit after three years.

The work doesn't stop there: our CSR officer and working groups will continue to implement our social and environmental commitments, verifying the effectiveness of the measures deployed using indicators that we will monitor year after year.

Above all, we are motivated to continue improving and innovating beyond the actions already in place. Several projects are planned:
