The consultation processes that Res publica organizes for its public and private clients most often address issues related to the ecological and social transition (climate policies, urban planning, environmental management, housing, public transportation, waste management, water management, professional integration policies, social policies, etc.).
Our contribution cannot be limited to supporting our clients without applying the requirements of the transition to ourselves: limiting our carbon footprint, contributing to a better functioning society, and building a work environment that prioritizes the well-being of all employees.
This is how we fulfill our corporate social responsibility.

“All companies, regardless of their size, are responsible for their means as well as their ends. They must account not only for what they do, but also for how they do it and the impact they have on their human and physical environment.”
In 2026, Res publica obtained the Engagé RSE and Responsibility Europe labels from AFNOR, achieving a 3-star – Exemplary level. Based on the ISO 26000 standard, these benchmark labels attest to the maturity of the social and environmental commitments we implement daily with our entire team, involving our clients, partners, and suppliers.
By undertaking this certification process, we aimed to go beyond current environmental requirements in our markets and structure the CSR policy we have been implementing for several years across all of the company's activities and functions: consulting, sales, communications, administration and finance, digital, and technical.

Since 2020, we have conducted an annual carbon footprint assessment, which allows us to identify our capacity to act to limit the carbon footprint of all our activities. Citizens' climate conventions, as well as the employee conventions we organize (Rouen, Grenoble Alpes Métropole, France Télévisions, etc.), are eloquent enough to demonstrate that reducing greenhouse gas emissions is the responsibility of all stakeholders.
This is why we commissioned the Sami to calculate our annual carbon footprint, and why we implement an action plan to limit our emissions.
As part of our CSR policy, Res publica employees have the opportunity to carry out skills-based volunteering :

We support the Kodiko association, whose goal is to support refugees in their journey to and within employmentthrough a mentoring. Res publica has partnered with Kodiko so that two employees per year participate in the program by welcoming and supporting a refugee from the Kodiko cohort towards employment through bi-monthly meetings.

We have also been supporting APF France Handicap since 2023, first in the organisation and facilitation of a series of debates which took place at the national level on disability policy in France, and now in the organisation of a day of dialogue to formulate significant proposals for the advocacy of APF France Handicap, with a view to the presidential elections.
Furthermore, we adhere to the Charter for Participation of the Ministry for Ecological Transition (MTE), which sets out the values and principles of a virtuous participatory process, as well as the Charter for Responsible Purchasing, which outlines 10 commitments for a balanced and sustainable relationship between signatory organizations and their suppliers.
Finally, by acquiring shares in La Nef, Res publica contributes to the development of the cooperative bank and to the financing of projects with ecological, social, or cultural added value. Res publica has also chosen La Nef as its bank and for its savings : the investment products offered are Finansol-certified, guaranteeing the solidarity and transparency of these savings products.
