Context

The Île-de-France Region wanted to involve tourism and leisure stakeholders in the development of the master plan concerning them for the period 2022-2026. The objective was also to understand how to better support them in overcoming the economic crisis caused by the health crisis.

Missions

• Specify the scope of recourse to stakeholder consultation.

• Define with the firm Voltere, a tourism specialist, the key issues to effectively involve stakeholders in decision-making.

• To generate an expression on the current crisis experienced by the actors, by promoting mutual understanding and by identifying relevant and prioritized areas of work to be implemented by the Region.

• Organize a digital deliberative process, via the Jenparle .
