Engineering support services for territories in the areas of consultation and territorial strategy
Context
The National Agency for Territorial Cohesion (ANCT) provides engineering support to local authorities lacking resources, advising and assisting them in the design, definition, and implementation of their projects. It offers a tailored and truly differentiated approach to support territories, taking into account their specific characteristics, strengths, and needs.
Res publica has been working with the ANCT for several years, providing support in consultation and territorial strategy .
After supporting local authorities in the Grand Est, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, and Corsica regions through two framework agreements for the period 2021-2024, Res publica is continuing its commitment through two new framework agreements :
- The “Consultation” market at the national level,
- The “Territorial Diagnostics and Strategies” market for local authorities in Nouvelle-Aquitaine .
Our mission presents several challenges :
- To contribute to territorial cohesion and to make the State's investment tangible in all territories.
- Take into account the specific characteristics, strengths and needs of the territories. Propose tailored mission approaches, whatever the subjects or projects to be discussed.
- Advising and supporting local authorities, accompanying all stakeholders in the ANCT ecosystem (Anru, ANAH, ADEME, CEER, CDC, service providers for other lots…) in raising the culture of participation.
- Implement useful, effective and pragmatic consultations that promote skills transfer, stakeholder acceptance and the participation of a diverse public.
