Context

Mon Espace Santé is an individual digital health space, available to all French people since January 2022. In order to set up a useful and efficient tool, the Ministerial Delegation for Digital Health (DNS) decided to mandate a citizen committee to answer two questions: What benefits should the Digital Health Space bring to its users? Under what conditions would you recommend its use ?

28 citizens representing the diversity of the French population were drawn at random and met over 3 weekends, at the end of which they drafted an opinion containing their requests and recommendations.

Missions

• Design the training program and work methods for the 3 weekends

• Composition and recruitment of committee members

• Design of the collaborative dialogue process

Innovative dimensions of the approach

• In the second session, the 28 citizens were joined by 15 representatives of patient organisations, and worked collectively throughout the weekend, allowing them to learn from each other.

• The citizen's opinion was presented at the^{2nd edition}of the Citizens' Conference on Digital Health on 12 January 2022, hosted by Michel Cymes. The event was organised in the manner of a TV show, broadcast live on Zoom.
