Requalification of the Promenade de mer in La Baule-Escoublac: preliminary consultation with the inhabitants
The City of La Baule is carrying out a project to upgrade its "embankment" into a true seaside promenade. Its long beach, bordered and structured by the traffic axis, constitutes one of the most beautiful showcases of the city and, without a doubt, the most emblematic asset that has forged its attractiveness. Today, it is clear that the configuration and facilities of this "embankment" appear obsolete and outdated. Aware of the need to consider the requalification of this spaceThe municipality's objective is to undertake, in conjunction with the municipality of Pornichet, various works aimed at modernizing the whole of this space through an environmental and innovative quality approach. As a structuring project, the requalification is subject to a preliminary consultation, registered in the article L103-2 of the Code of the Town planning. The City of La Baule wished to go further with a voluntary mechanism.
