Voluntary consultation "Projet 2030 Granville": Involving local players and residents in the redevelopment of the town centre
The city centre of Granville is facing several problems : lack of centrality, few spaces for pedestrians and cyclists, a very road-like aspect of the services, few physical and landscape links with the port... In order to reflect on the city centre of tomorrow and to accompany the reflections of the project management team, the City has decided to set up a vast consultation process with the economic, institutional and associative stakeholders as well as the general public.
Develop a consultation strategy and programme to enable stakeholders and residents to actively contribute to the design of their future city centre.
Organise and run various sharing events: workshops, meetings in the field, exhibitions, Jenparle platform, etc.
Supporting the municipal team in its public communication: mobilisation campaigns, creation of media and content, preparation of elected officials for public meetings.
Positioned at a very early stage, in the study phase, the consultation process provides input to the reflections of the elected representatives, departments and project managers, from the diagnosis to the definition of priority sectors of intervention.
Deployment of a Jenparle platform to collect users' experiences and expectations through a quantitative and qualitative questionnaire, and a participatory map to geolocate contributions.
