Context

The Île-de-France Region wanted to involve tourism and leisure players in the development of the master plan for the period 2022-2026. The aim was also to understand how to better support them in overcoming the economic crisis that has arisen as a result of the health crisis.

Missions

• Clarify the scope of the stakeholder consultation.

• Define with the Voltere firm, specialist in tourism, the issues at stake in order to effectively involve the stakeholders in the decision making process.

• To generate an expression of the current crisis experienced by the actors, by promoting mutual understanding and by identifying relevant and prioritized work areas to be implemented by the Region.

• Organize a digital deliberative process, via the Jenparle platform.
