Elaboration and implementation of the Concerted Action Program for the Ecological Transition of Greater Geneva
The aim of the PACTE project (resulting from an INTERREG project) is to set in motion a transition of the current socio-economic system of the Greater Geneva region, thanks to the commitment and participation of all stakeholders, including the population. The PACTE political charter will also be a citizen's charter, in order to encourage the appropriation of the challenges of the ecological transition of the Greater Geneva region, and then be translated into action plans in the 8 communities.
To contribute to the definition of the technical and political ambition of the Grand Geneva in terms of consultation around the political charter and the action plan in the territories: "Grand Geneva in transition".
Roadmap for institutional consultation and citizen involvement in the framework of PACTE and Greater Geneva in Transition.
Methodological support for institutional consultation through the drafting of the political charter.
Facilitation of workshops with stakeholders to elaborate the definition of the ecological transition, the scenario and the trajectories to reach it, elaborated by the universities of Lausanne and Grenoble.
Implementation of the consultation with the public and the actors, through digital devices (surveys, participative mapping) and in person (animations in events of the territory, hybrid forum, animation kit).
