Co-construction of the RTE corporate project: involving employees as players in the transformation of their company in a rapidly changing world
As part of the construction of the company's project, the RTE Executive Board wanted to involve groups of employees in discussions on the development of the company and its industrial facilities. The process took place in 4 stages: 5 days of training, 1 day of hearings and 2 days of drafting the opinion for the Executive Board, the trade unions and all employees.

Deployment of an online consultation platform Jenparle®, dedicated to all the company's employees, on which more than 800 contributions have been posted.
