Context

As part of the construction of the company's project, the RTE Executive Board wanted to involve groups of employees in discussions on the development of the company and its industrial facilities. The process took place in 4 stages: 5 days of training, 1 day of hearings and 2 days of drafting the opinion for the Executive Board, the trade unions and all employees.

Missions

• Composing, preparing and facilitating 2 consensus conferences

• Define a training programme

• Supporting RTE in promoting the approach internally and externally

• Prepare and facilitate feedback sessions

Innovative dimensions of the approach

• Organisation of a consensus conference within a company.

• Deployment of an online consultation platform Jenparle®, dedicated to all the company's employees, on which more than 800 contributions have been posted.
