Consultation and collaborative dialogue make possible the necessary transformations to move toward a more sustainable and inclusive world. They promote change and facilitate its implementation more quickly and more effectively than top-down measures. By involving all stakeholders, consultations and dialogues push collective intelligence to do more, better, in a positive and pragmatic way.

At the Citizens' Convention for Climate, the pace was intense, everyone had to express themselves, listen to each other... Our facilitators were able to lead a collective reflection for a final work common to all by synthesising our ideas and helping us to prioritise them. Listening and respect are not natural human qualities, and managing people is the human success of this convention!
I discovered and greatly appreciated what professionals can bring: structuring our ideas to build a credible project, applying a considerate rigour in our exchanges, giving the floor, listening and respecting the remarks and suggestions of all those who wish to express themselves. You have made us want to go beyond this and to continue this committee to follow up on the actions.
Thanks to Res publica, the points of agreement were highlighted and the differences were explored. At the end, a common note was delivered, even though we were 15 members from different backgrounds: managers, heads of department, employees... Thanks to this conference, we won the Participatory Innovation Trophy!

For all dialogues, we go through 7 key steps:
Consultation allows dialogue between numerous non-specialised stakeholders from diverse backgrounds; it makes it possible to identify the consensuses that unite them and the dissensuses that separate them with regard to a project, a strategy or a policy. Consultation is based on the exchange of opinions to form collective points of views.
As experts in consultation methods, Res publica intervenes in all fields, through various missions.
Our team creates, adapts and continuously improves dialogue techniques and tools that facilitate active participation, whether in small groups or with a very large number of participants, in person or remotely, notably with our platform:
We had set ourselves quite a challenge: to convene a metropolitan climate convention, with 100 citizens drawn by lot to help us achieve carbon neutrality in the Grenoble metropolitan area by 2050. We succeeded, thanks to Res publica's invaluable expertise: in terms of content, of course, with a solid ability to build collective deliberation, by bringing everyone up to speed; but also in terms of form, thanks to the team's human qualities, their attentiveness, responsiveness, humor and commitment.
In addition to their skills in defining and conducting participatory processes, Res publica enriches the content by working on the meaning of the issues that are identified and debated. In terms of public action, this is of course essential. The team is also very responsive to the needs and problems expressed. Finally, their work is very effective.
Reforming social dialogue to improve the quality of life within the company cannot be improvised. This approach requires a framework and rules... These are requirements that Res publica's team combine with talent to strengthen and facilitate professional dialogue within work groups.

For several years now, the PĂ´le MĂ©tropolitain de l'Artois has been pursuing a policy of increasing public involvement in its work. Among these targets, the territory's young people in all their diversity have been identified as one of the priority audiences. Since 2021, Res publica has been working with us to set up and run events designed to get local young people more involved in local public life.
